Shipping is always FREE. International or not, forget about the shipping fees!
We try to process orders as quickly as possible so you can receive your product fast. Once your order has been processed, you unfortunately won't be able to cancel the order. So if you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately so we can cancel if for you if we haven't processed your order already.
Our team tries its best to fulfill your order immediately after its placed, or within the same day to ensure a high quality of serving our customers. It takes anywhere between 3-5 business days to ship it out. However, due to the high demand, we have multiple housewares internationally some of which includes Russia and China.
For this reason, it may take 2-3 weeks for the order to be delivered to your house. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience and hope it doesn’t bother you. We have a goal of expanding to which we are able to deliver our orders to our lovely customers in 5 days at the most. We hope you can also join us in our journey until we can fully operate at a high speed and efficiency.

Once your order is shipped out, we will send you shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and tracking link which help you track your package as it travels across the country until you receive it.
Alternatively, you can simply go our Track Your Order page, and simply enter your confirmation code.
First of all, we are truly sorry to hear that and hope it doesn’t leave a negative impression of us. We all make mistakes, right?
Our return policy lasts 3 days after it's been delivered, and it is only valid for broken/damaged items.
If that were to happen (hopefully never), then immediately take pictures/videos of your item showing how it’s damaged, and a small paragraph explaining what’s going on. Email those to us to firstname.lastname@example.org. In most cases, we will refund you AND let you keep the product. But sometimes, we will just refund you and ask you to return the item. In that case, we will email you with special instructions regarding how to return the item.
If you don’t do this within 3 days of receiving the product, unfortunately we will not be able to help you.
